We deliver to your place of work or home.
- South Africa has experienced significant increases in fuel prices over the past 24 months. We have tried our best to absorb these additional costs but we can longer absorb the additional costs. We are therefore increasing our delivery fees effective immediately.
- Delivery fees will be calculated on the checkout page. Our new delivery fees will be as follows.
- Cape Town
- A flat rate of R35 will be charged.
- A flat rate of R120 is charged.
- Outlying areas
- A flat rate of R150 will be charged.
Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 09h00 to 17h00.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Cape Town orders:
Delivery will take place between 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery will take place between 3 to 5 working days.
It is important that you provide us with the correct address and contact details and that someone will be available to take delivery of your order.
Unfortunately, the delivery address given on the check-out is final.
If there is a problem with a delivery to the specified address, please contact us immediately (include your order number as reference) and we will do our best to assist you.
If we cannot deliver your order for reasons beyond our control, e.g. incomplete or invalid address, no one at home, incorrect contact details, we will attempt to do a second delivery.
If on the second delivery we are still unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A fee of R60 will be charged for all orders over R500, not delivered on the second attempt.
